Rebecca Hunt, MS (she/her), is a Data Coordinator/Epidemiologist for the Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts. She is involved with all things data at PHIWM, including the Youth Health Survey initiative and the Community Health Equity Initiative (a partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health). On this project, she works with organizations to pull data that will help them take action, including implementing programming, applying for grants, and more. Rebecca is also a core member of the team conducting CHNAs (Community Health Needs Assessments) across Western Massachusetts.

She earned her B.S. in Public Health Sciences with a minor in Natural Resources Conservation, and her M.S. in Epidemiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where her work focused on health equity in the LGBTQ+ community. She has also been involved with several qualitative research studies at the University of Michigan, focused on COVID-19 and vaccine equity. In her free time, Rebecca loves to crochet!
