Beyonca Twiggs is a Project Coordinator at the Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts. In her role, she works on bridging the digital divide by promoting digital literacy and equity across Western Massachusetts. She currently holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Society from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, set to be completed in the Spring of 2025.
A native of Springfield, Beyonca is a dedicated community health advocate with a strong commitment to reducing health disparities, particularly in underserved populations. Beyonca brings a wealth of experience to her role, with a proven track record of successful project management and leadership. Her work includes developing and implementing community outreach strategies, fostering partnerships with community organizations, and creating culturally responsive programming to engage diverse populations. In her free time, she explores new hobbies, delving into activities like crocheting, baking, reading, and studying holistic medicine.
