Shane D. Brooks is a lifelong Chicopee, MA resident; he is a graduate of American International College with an MBA in Finance. He has been working in Human Services for the last 30 years and currently holds the position of Vice President of Community Based Residential Services at Gándara Mental Health Center. In addition to his role at Gándara, he has been a member of the Chicopee City Council for the past 20 years. He is the parent of two adult children and a rescue dog.
