Jessica Dupont is currently the Vice President of Government Programs for HealthOne Alliance/Alliant Health Plans where she leads their Medical Management, Pharmacy Services, Quality Management, Risk Adjustment and Regulatory Filing teams. She has worked in the health care industry for the past 14 years. Prior to joining the HealthOne Alliance team, Jessica spent 13 years with Health New England (HNE), a regional health plan based in Western MA, helping to lead their Medicare Advantage and later their Risk Adjustment strategies. She also spent a year as the Regional Director of the SHINE program for Hampden County, MA prior to joining HNE.

A lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts, Jessica graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College in 2006 with a major in Sociology and a minor in English. She went on to obtain her master’s in business administration with a focus in healthcare leadership from Our Lady of the Elms college in Chicopee, MA in 2016.

Throughout her life, Jessica has maintained a deep-rooted passion for social justice and community service. She currently serves on several local boards including SquareOne of Springfield, MA, and is the Chair of the Board for Catholic Charities of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Springfield. 

When not spending time on her volunteer pursuits, Jessica enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and you’ll often find her at a hockey game on weekends in the fall and winter.
