2024: Year-In-Review

2024 was a year of significant growth and impactful action for us. Our team of epidemiologists, community organizers, policy specialists, facilitative leaders, creative communicators, and behind-the-scenes financial and contractual experts collaborated with a growing network of community partners and resident advisors to advance projects. We deepened our understanding and actions in critical areas, including climate justice, youth mental health, asthma prevention, access to healthcare and social services, and quality of housing. Every day, we support organizations, coalitions, municipalities, healthcare institutions, and grassroots initiatives by providing timely and accurate data, information, and facilitating key partner engagement.
